Our Packaging Standards
To guarantee the safe arrival of your goods, we adhere to the following rigorous packaging protocols for all glass products:
For Loose Carton Shipments:
Each glass item is individually secured within compartmented foam “egg-crate” inserts.
The packed inserts are then placed into double-walled, corrugated cardboard cartons for reinforced strength.
For Palletized Shipments:
Items are first packed following the “Loose Carton” standard above.
Cartons are then securely stacked and loaded onto export-standard wooden pallets.
The entire pallet is stabilized with plastic strapping and fully wrapped in waterproof plastic film.
Protective corner guards are applied to all pallet edges to prevent impact damage.
Additional Protection for Finished Goods:
Any bottle that has undergone secondary processing or printing is individually sleeved in a transparent plastic bag to prevent surface scratches.
