Production Procedure
To ensure transparency, we outline our standard production procedures below. The process varies depending on whether we are customizing stock items or creating products from a new mold.
1. For Stock Items with Customization
This process applies when you select a transparent bottle from our existing stock and request light customization.
Step 1: Order Confirmation & Material Preparation
Upon order confirmation and payment, we allocate the required quantity of transparent stock bottles.
For caps/ lids: Standard colors are available for immediate pairing. For custom cap colors, the MOQ applies:
Plastic Caps: MOQ 10,000 units
Metal & Resin Caps: MOQ 5,000 units
Step 2: Surface Treatment & Decoration
The stock bottles undergo your requested customizations, it needs MOQ2000pcs. This can include:
Color Spraying/ Coating: Applying your specified color finish.
Logo Printing: Using techniques like silk screening or hot stamping.
Other Effects: Applying electroplating, water transfer printing or other special finishes.
Step 3: Quality Control
A final quality inspection is conducted to ensure all customizations meet the approved standard.
Step 4: Packaging & Shipping
The finished products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
2. For Full custom Items from a Mold
This process is for products that are not in stock and require dedicated production runs, either from a new custom mold or an existing one.
Step 1: Mold Setup & Production
The required mold (either a new one created for you or an existing one) is set up on the injection/blowing machines.
Raw materials (glass/plastic) are melted and formed into bottles and caps.
Step 2: Primary Quality Check
The newly produced bottles and caps are initially inspected for structural integrity, dimensions, and any manufacturing defects.
Step 3: Post-Production Finishing
The bottles proceed to the decoration line for any specified color spraying or logo printing.
Caps are processed if they require custom coloring.
Step 4: Final Assembly & Inspection
Bottles and caps are assembled if need.
A rigorous final quality control check is performed on the finished product.
Step 5: Packaging & Shipping
The approved products are packaged according to your specifications and prepared for shipment.
