Our Three-Stage Inspection Process:

1. Pre-Production Inspection

Mold Audit: Before production begins, the mold is thoroughly checked for any imperfections, wear, or damage that could affect the final product’s dimensions or finish.

2. In-Process Inspection (During Production)

Dimensional Checks: Samples are taken regularly from the production line to verify critical dimensions (height, diameter, neck finish) against technical drawings using calibrated instruments.
Visual Defect Detection: Every bottle is visually inspected for common flaws such as bubbles, stones, cracks, uneven thickness, or deformities.
Stress Testing: A percentage of bottles from each batch undergo polarization stress testing to identify internal stresses that could lead to breakage.

3. Pre-Packaging Final Inspection

Final Visual Audit: Before packing, each bottle is given a final visual inspection to ensure it meets the aesthetic standards for color, clarity, and surface finish.
Functionality Check: For bottles with attached components (e.g., sprayers or caps), we ensure proper fit and function.

Our Packaging Standards:

Individual Protection: Each glass bottle is securely housed in a compartmented foam or cardboard “egg-crate” insert to prevent contact and damage during transit.
Double-Carton Strength: The inner cartons are then packed into a reinforced outer carton, providing double-layer protection against impacts.
Palletization for Bulk Orders: For large shipments, the master cartons are securely stacked and strapped onto wooden pallets, ensuring stability and safe handling for international shipping.
